Women in Business

Meet like-minded, lively professional business women in a friendly women-only networking environment.

‘Women in Business' is a sub-group of the Watford Chamber of Commerce. Run entirely by its members, the group meets bi-monthly over lunchtime and provides a regular forum for women to network, exchange information and ideas and encourage each other with the development of their respective businesses.

The events offer a mix of networking and informative presentations on a variety of topics. A special area of focus is mentoring and exchange of skills, enabling members to benefit from the enormous pool of talent within the group. Women in Business will also help with the essential strategy on how to generate leads through referrals and recommendations which are the most cost effective form of developing new business.

Meetings include a complimentary drink on arrival, light lunch followed by plenty of time for the essential networking.

None members are very welcome to come and trial a meeting. In the longer term, membership of the Women in Business Group does require that you are a member of the Chamber itself.
