Our focus is on reducing the amount of food we waste in the Watford food-chain, because wasting food is a major contributor to carbon emissions.

The great news is that if everyone in Watford works together, we can not only reduce carbon emissions but also prove to the world that the climate emergency is fixable by communities and towns like ours.

Another fact is that because everyone eats, we believe tackling food waste is by far the easiest way for us all to tackle climate change. By starting with making small changes to the way we shop, cook, and eat, we can reduce carbon emissions as a whole.
